"How is the course?
The course will be held from March to November 2025.
Classes will take place on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, from 7 AM to 6:00 PM.

In the fully online modality, you must schedule your practical assessment with Didi and invite at least 3 colleagues to be your students.
Certification and Course Duration
Upon successful completion of all training stages, you will receive your internationally recognized certificate as a 300% Self-Realization and Tantra Yoga Teacher. This free certificate is issued by the Sadvipras Academy (International Ananda Marga) and Ananda Matayog Wellness Center, renowned in over 200 countries.
To guarantee the certificate, students must meet the following requirements:
- Personal participation in classes (80% attendance);
- Completion of the 60-hour internship;
- Presentation of the final course work;
- Participation in the practical class with at least 3 colleagues
- Mastery of the theory and practice of yoga (theoretical and practical assessment)

or Didi Shiva'nii
A yoga practitioner since 2007, she was initiated into meditation in Ananda Marga in 2013 by Didi Ananda Jaya and became a nun in December 2017 to share the science of meditation, philosophy, and the liberating practices of Tantra Yoga. She graduated in Visual Arts from UFMS in 2013 and created the Triangular Holistic Pedagogical Methodology, integrating yoga and meditation into education. She has worked with Neo-Humanist education in Paraguay and propagated the philosophy of Tantra Yoga in Brazil, from Minas Gerais to Rio Grande do Sul, from 2018 to 2023.
Her name means Creative Potency of Cosmic Consciousness, and her mission is to bring enlightenment and social service by sharing the science of meditation, philosophy, and liberating practices of Tantra Yoga. She bases her teachings on the science of Biopsychology to promote health for the body, mind, and soul.
She has impacted the lives of more than 800 women through meditation initiations, mostly in Brazil. She facilitates various yoga practices, courses, lectures, retreats, and social services, ensuring that they are accessible and easy to understand.
In the Philippines, her mission is to contribute to the awakening of consciousness toward a New Era, fostering spiritual, fraternal, and universal love and values. She aims to help others achieve self-realization, unlock their latent superhuman potential, and support all beings in attaining social dignity and inner happiness
